Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Rutherford, NJ

Type: Contract
Compensation: $20/Hour, DOE
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid / 1 day remote
Hours: 8a-4:45p, M-F
Responsibilities
+ Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and mail and ensure timely delivery
+ Arrange and expedite product shipments and provide order status updates
+ Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and plant personnel to resolve issues
+ Respond to customer inquiries and handle concerns in a professional manner
+ Coordinate returns, credits, debits, and related documentation
+ Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing, payment, and invoice issues
+ Promote customer satisfaction by following established policies and procedures
+ Support sales initiatives and encourage use of system-based ordering
+ Communicate customer issues to management as needed
