Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering professional support and contributing to improving customer relations.
