Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with our field technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
This is a great opportunity for individuals coming from retail, food service, hospitality, or recent graduates looking to start a career in operations, customer service, or the skilled trades industry. No prior HVAC or plumbing experience required—we’ll train the right person!
