Customer Service Representative

Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience OR equivalent education (Associate's degree or higher)

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS
• Adobe Photoshop familiarity
• Certifications/experience in Radiology (CT, MRI, X-Ray)
• Nursing or healthcare-related certifications

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Create cases using proprietary case management software
• Review CT scans for compliance with Mako Surgical protocols
• Segment CT scans using specialized software to produce 3D anatomical bone models
• Develop pre-operative surgical plans for robotic-assisted total hip and knee replacement procedures
• Review segmentation and plans for anatomical accuracy and proper implant sizing/positioning
