Our client is a leading provider of engineering design and manufacturing solutions to the mining, resources, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team based in the southeastern suburbs of Perth.
 
The Role:
As the Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring the smooth flow of information across the business. Duties will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, managing enquiries professionally and efficiently
