Key Responsibilities:
- Passenger Assistance : Greet and assist passengers with inquiries regarding schedules, routes, ticketing, and terminal facilities.
- Information Management : Provide accurate and updated information on bus, jeepney, and other transport services operating.
- Complaint Handling : Address passenger concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Front Desk Operations : Manage the reception area, answer phone calls, and direct visitors to appropriate offices or service counters.
- Emergency Response : Assist in guiding passengers during emergencies, following company safety protocols.
- Customer Experience : Uphold a courteous, professional demeanor to create a positive impression of company services.
