Responsibilities:

+ Provide support in a national contact center environment

+ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers

+ Assist with sales order processing for new installation projects

+ Follow up on open service requests and create new requests as needed

+ Support billing and payment inquiries

+ Complete and manage online service requests accurately
