Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy wholesale distribution team in California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day while supporting customers in person, over the phone, and through order-related administrative tasks. The role combines customer interaction, data entry, and coordination of deliveries and pickups in a fast-paced onsite environment.

• Assist customers by handling incoming calls and greeting walk-in visitors with prompt, attentive service.
• Prepare and enter customer quotes through the company website, then route them for approval as needed.
• Create invoices using established templates and ensure billing information is entered accurately.
