This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Leeds. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents, handling inquiries in person, by phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include resolving issues promptly, supporting move-in and move-out processes, and providing clear information on services, amenities, and policies. The role involves logging and tracking requests, coordinating with maintenance and operations teams, and ensuring follow-up until resolution. The Customer Service Representative will also gather resident feedback, help improve the overall experience, and support community events or activities that enhance resident satisfaction.
