**Working Hours**: 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, Monday to Friday
**Job Description**:
- Product Knowledge: Learn about our services thoroughly to confidently answer any questions from customers. Identify their concerns and desires to provide appropriate service and solutions.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of customer inquiries and interactions using our company software system. This helps us maintain a comprehensive understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
- Administrative Support: Assist colleagues and other employees with administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Assistance: Refer any customer questions regarding products or services to the appropriate person within the company. Additionally, inform customers of any relevant information they may need.
