Customer Service Representative

Introduction

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team for a temporary period. You will be responsible for performing all necessary functions to ensure customer satisfaction, including evaluation of customer inquiries and compatibility with Metso parts and services, coordination of quotations, proposal follow‑up, support of outside sales efforts, sales order entry, order coordination and backlog management of orders until completion. This role reports to the Manager, Customer Service and is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX.

Team you belong to

You will join a team of Customer Service experts dedicated to providing solutions to Sales Managers and Customers, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales Account Managers and Technical Sales Support.
