ROLE SUMMARY

You will be the voice of our company — handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues in real time, and identifying opportunities to add value through upselling and cross-selling. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Resolve inquiries related to orders, returns, and account management
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities during calls
  • Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
  • Support chat and email channels as operationally required
