Customer Service Representative- HYBRID

TEKsystems is hiring Customer Service Representatives to assist a client based in Pensacola, FL.
Qualifications
-1+ year of customer service experience required
-Call center experience a plus
-Coachable/Trainable mindset
-Successful new hires have come from a background in customer service (servers, bartenders healthcare, education, military)

Job Description
-Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
-Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
Hours/Schedule
HYRID schedule-24/7 call center capacity
Availability:
6 days per week required- 40 hour work week
One fixed day off (Saturday or Sunday)
Pay
$17.50/hr.
