Customer Service Representative- HYBRID

TEKsystems is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to assist a client based in Albany, NY.

These positions would offer a HYBRID schedule. This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and has upward career mobility.

- Previous RECENT customer service experience (call center or retail experience is preferred)
- Strong computer skills
- Time management skills
- Strong communications skills
Job Description
- Call center type position handling inbound calls while working between multiple computer monitors
- Updating customer information in the company database
- Other administrative duties as needed
Hours
9:15am-6:00pm Monday- Friday

Pay
$20/hr.
