Customer Service Representative

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our successful and tight-knit team at our Canberra branch. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our trade and industrial customers, helping them find the right products, placing orders, and providing solutions that keep their businesses moving.

You’ll work closely with both our Sales and Operations teams to ensure every customer’s interaction whether in person, over the phone, or via email, is a positive one.
