Description Robert Half's client in Franklin MA is looking for a fulltime customer service representative!

Responsibilities include:

- incoming calls/emails
- data entry
- order processing
- strong communication and follow-up skills
- working with internal teams and clients
- strong relationship management
- strong technical skill set
- bilingual is a plus
- crm experience is a plus

Duration- 2 month, could go longer
Hours- m-f 8-5
