We are looking for great people who are passionate about delivering an engaging customer experience that keeps our customers coming back. If you’re interested in becoming a friendly and helpful go‑to expert in our retail stores for Summer2026 then this role is for you! As part of your paid training, you will learn about store operations, customer service, and product knowledge: wine, beer, ciders and spirits. As an LCBO Customer Service Representative, you will have a chance to inspire others and share your knowledge with our customers.
