Customer Service Representative

CARWIZ and LET’S DRIVE, members of the Gelasakis Group, internationally recognized car rental companies with global presence, are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Chania.  

The successful candidate will join the Reservations Department and play a key role in delivering an excellent rental experience to our customers.  

Requirements

• Very good command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening skills
• Professional tone and communication etiquette
• Customer-focused mindset and service-oriented attitude
• Good knowledge of email platforms and MS Office applications
• Valid driving licence
