Responsibilities: 
Handling/Reviewing and Sending shortfall billing for the Customers.
Reviewing and ensuring that detail in SF invoice is correct and aligns with a hospital bill and customer benefit.
Following up on all support required for the DIP system with the Claim team within 3 days.
Sending SF invoice through post and email.
Coordinating with the claiming team for all special exclusions that the hospital cover by mistake of over benefit of customer already.
Preparing post office register to support deliquesce shortfall case.
Preparing summary SF reports and sending them to the Accounting team for booking monthly.
