Customer Service Representative

Adecco is hiring immediately for customer Service Representatives with a local client in Austin, TX.

Pay is $25.66 per hour.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30 A.M. to 7:30 P.M

Location:- Austin, TX

Work Type:- 100% Remote but require Candidates residing nearby Austin as they will be called in once a quarter for Team engagements and programs. Candidates from Austin, Georgetown, Round Rock or surrounding area will be considered.

One Stop Shop for customers for any type of Services requests. This includes: Total Kit Management (TKM) Service Agreement Customers, On Demand Customers or Labor dispatch. Face of CLIENT for 24x7 call center support. Responsible for resolving customer issue from beginning to end. Works with internal organizations to resolve customer request, including, but not limited to: Field engineer, Logistics, Order Fulfilment, Marketing, Sales and internal organization.
