You will handle incoming customer calls, respond promptly to enquiries, and maintain accurate data entry while supporting internal business units with clear and timely feedback. As an entry-level position requiring a minimum of 1 year’s experience, this role focuses on building strong customer relationships within a defined market base in line with established standard operating procedures.
