Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with at least two years of experience in customer support to join our team and handle chat based customer support. This role is fully remote and operates during US business hours. This is a chat only role and does not require phone calls.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via chat and email

Provide customer satisfaction focused support

Assist customers with orders, subscriptions, refunds, and returns

Work daily with Shopify and customer support CRMs

Follow internal SOPs and escalation processes
