Description
-Will be supporting Back Up Care team (classified as Customer Care Specialist)
-Work with a number of client companies (these are employees of the clients that they partner with)
-Will be taking inbound calls from employees at their client and/or placing outbound calls to internal networks (child care centers or in home option) to help find a solution while they continue to work their normal day (will not be doing both / these two teams do not communicate except for internal notes in CRM)
-The goal is to have the employee still be able to go to work and earn their pay check/hours for that day
