Position Summary

Represent BorgWarner ETTS and manage interactions with Customers to build strong customer relationships and maintaining 100% On time delivery and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Keep closely communication with customers, follow all requirements and work with internal areas to keep 100% as Customer Delivery Rating for Production and for Service each month.
• Responsible for Customer demand integration & analysis as a basis for SAP production schedule generation (including service parts) while keeping optimal inventory levels for FG and sub-assemblies.
• Monitor production attainment and level production orders to achieve the best use of plant resources.
• Perform the capacity analysis for the total customer demand horizon using SAP. Based on this analysis communicate to the plant the current capacity situation to take effective decisions about personnel, shifts, and crews.
