Every Soldier, retiree, and family member who walks into the Fort Bragg ID card office is counting on someone to get their credential right — the card that gets them on post, onto the network, and into the benefits they earned. That someone is you. As a Customer Service Personnel, or Verifying Official, you confirm who people are and issue the Common Access Card (CAC) and Uniformed Services Identification (USID) card the Department of Defense runs on.
What You'll Do
+ Verify identity and eligibility and issue CAC and USID cards using Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) workstations.
