Job Description

1. Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to customers and the Sales team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and coordinating matters related to sales orders, deliveries, and other important issues via phone and email.
3. Process sales orders accurately and handle all related documentation, including import-export-related documents.
4. Perform sales administration and sales support duties assigned by the Sales team.
