Customer Service Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18-$21/hourWhat You’ll DoBe the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers and vendors—answering calls, resolving issues, and building relationships. Handle scheduling, service verification, follow-up calls, and service coordination. Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Use our internal system to log all customer interactions and track service tickets. Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver a seamless experience. Participate in our emergency call rotation (one week/month)—you’ll be equipped with a company laptop and phone.
