Customer Service Officer

Customer Service Officer supports the Customer Service Supervisor in the overall customer account management.

• focuses on customer demand change, input forecast in system, create sales order and arrange delivery in time;
• works with the Project Manager and other departments to ensure customer requests are being addressed;
• provides system commit to customer demand;
• monitors forecast fluctuations, does waterfall analysis and gets impact to material exposure;
• secures KPI reports;
• performs data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data;
• participates in any audit required by the company;
• adheres to all information security and physical security policies and programs;
• follows health and safety standards; and
• performs other tasks as may be required by the immediate superior.
