- Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback
- Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Maintain good service delivery
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Work up to a maximum of 35 hours per week
- Comfortable to work on Saturday and PH
- Minimum O Level, or Nitec cert in any discipline or equivalent
- Able to commit minimum 3 months
