THIS POSITION IS BASED IN JOHOR BAHRU , MALAYSIA
Work From Home, Working days 6 days.
Monday to Saturday. Allowance of RM100 for every saturday work.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, live chat messages to ensure customers' queries and feedback are answered professionally
- Investigate and resolve customers' complaints on order issues (eg. late/wrong orders or damaged products)
- Liaise and arrange collections, redelivery of orders and follow up with all email correspondence
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date customer service records
- Analyze reports on process and procedure improvements to bring efficiency to the department
- To manage multiple customers' requests within service timeframe
- To identify customers' needs and maintain high level of customer service satisfaction
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
