Job Description

• Cold call and build relations with potential overseas customers
• Communicate with overseas customers and promote company's products
• Handle customers' sales enquiries, and customers' complaints
• Perform sales reservations, prepare customers’ sales quotation entry and Proforma Invoice
• Follow up on all sales related issues: quotations, sales orders, shipments and payments
• Process order through system (JDE) and liaise with internal departments to expedite sales orders
• Perform sales support and other administrative duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• At least GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales/ Sales Support
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
