Job Summary / Purpose
Contribute to the overall success of the branch by ensuring customer needs for service and simple sales are met in accordance with individual goals that support the team’s business strategies and objectives. All activities must comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage all customers in a friendly and professional manner, using the customer’s name at least twice per interaction.
- Identify customer needs, advise appropriate products or services, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide superior customer experience in every interaction to achieve branch performance objectives in consumer‑protection surveys.
- Perform cash and non‑cash banking transactions and promote alternative self‑service channels such as online banking, mobile banking, ATMs and telephone banking.
