Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee customer service operations in logistics/haulage activities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, transporters, and drivers
- Monitor shipment status, delivery schedules, and service performance
- Prepare reports, follow up on service issues, and implement improvements
- Lead, coach, and supervise customer service staff
- Ensure SOP compliance and maintain service quality standards
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in logistics or freight forwarding customer service
- Experience in managing a team is an advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with logistics documents (DO, invoices, POD, etc.)
