Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee customer service operations in logistics/haulage activities
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, transporters, and drivers
  • Monitor shipment status, delivery schedules, and service performance
  • Prepare reports, follow up on service issues, and implement improvements
  • Lead, coach, and supervise customer service staff
  • Ensure SOP compliance and maintain service quality standards

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in logistics or freight forwarding customer service
  • Experience in managing a team is an advantage
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with logistics documents (DO, invoices, POD, etc.)
