- Manage and develop relationships with strategic accounts in the industrial sector.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the assigned team within the Customer Service business unit, ensuring compliance with goals and quality in customer service.
- Ensure compliance with deliverables related to the introduction of new products
- Collaborate with logistics, production, quality, engineering, and finance.
- Prepare performance reports, KPI analysis, and presentation of results.
- Participate in audits, follow-up meetings, and client presentations.
- Coordinate and attend client visits, audits, and sales meetings.
Experiência y requisitos
- 4 years of experience as a supervisor or manager, ideally in customer service or account management in the industrial or maquiladora sector.
