Customer Service Manager

What you will enjoy doing

• Lead the LPG Customer Centre to deliver safe, efficient and profitable growth while maintaining superior customer service
• You'll focus on managing and developing your team of employees and contractors to achieve business outcomes and drive a leading safety culture
• Further you ensure our customers receive LPG in a safe and timely manner from professional drivers using cost effective transport strategies whilst being responsible for ensuring our tanks, cylinders, vehicles, equipment and depots are safe to operate and maintained/replaced as required
• You will reconcile and account all stock, equipment and materials and prepare annual budgets and monthly performance reports
• Responsible for the day to day running of the branch including achievement of budgeted profit targets, managing customers, contractors, distributors / pricing/ inventory/ vehicles/ safety / and depot operations
