As a customer service lead, you will be responsible to provide a status of customer orders on timely manner to achieve OTS and TAT company goals.
Identify and assess capacity constraints to anticipate bottle necks by providing insightful data analysis and recommendations to sales team, update and share relevant information to stakeholders focus on improving customer service levels.
What you will do:- Effectively communication with the external stakeholders on customer orders status
- Responsible to meet the KPI for planning such OTS & TAT metrics
- Maintain excellent communication and working relationship with all departments within the company to ensure transparency on priorities and or sales team & Customer care requirements
