- Coordinated with vendors and internal divisions to ensure smooth import distribution processes.
- Managed daily coordination with document, operational, and trucking vendor teams regarding delivery schedules and container status.
- Handled customer and vendor complaints while providing prompt operational solutions.
- Followed up with vendors regarding shipment updates, delays, and schedule changes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or export-import shipping documentation.
