Role Overview:
- Handle customer queries via
chat, email, and calls - Support with orders, app inquiries, delivery issues, refunds, and promotions
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Log interactions accurately in the system
Working Hours:
- 24/7 rotational shifts
- 5 working days, 2 off days
- Shift range:
7am–4pm (earliest) | 11pm–8am (latest)
Salary & Benefits:
- RM4,001 – RM4,100 basic
- KPI allowance up to RM800
- Night shift allowance

Requirements:
- Fluent in
Mandarin (Traditional & Simplified preferred)
and English - Able to
speak, read, and write Mandarin - Comfortable with chat/call tools
