Location:
NU Tower / KL Sentral


Joining:
ASAP / Jan–Feb 2026


Role Overview:

  • Handle customer queries via
    chat, email, and calls
  • Support with orders, app inquiries, delivery issues, refunds, and promotions
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Log interactions accurately in the system


Working Hours:

  • 24/7 rotational shifts
  • 5 working days, 2 off days
  • Shift range:
    7am–4pm (earliest) | 11pm–8am (latest)


Salary & Benefits:

  • RM4,001 – RM4,100 basic
  • KPI allowance up to RM800
  • Night shift allowance

Requirements:

  • Fluent in
    Mandarin (Traditional & Simplified preferred)
    and English
  • Able to
    speak, read, and write Mandarin
  • Comfortable with chat/call tools
