Customer Service - Italian and English - Electronic warranties

Job Description

We select a teleoperator with native or bilingual Italian who speaks English (C2 level). Your mission will be to provide support to a company specializing in warranties and insurance of electronic devices for the management of coverage for possible incidents that customers may have.

What do we offer you?

• Temporary contract with a duration of 4 months with real possibilities of continuity.
• On‑site training within the contract that will be in English (2 weeks from Monday to Friday 9h–17h).
• 39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week) from Monday to Saturday.
• Shift to be confirmed (Two Saturdays a month are free).
• Salary of 18,500€ gross per year.
• This position is on‑site at our Seville offices, with a contract from the first day of training, with the possibility of a hybrid mode once the learning curve has been overcome.
