Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Intern role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for supporting customer interactions, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, responding to inquiries, managing customer experiences, and upholding excellent phone etiquette. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer questions and concerns, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive service experience for all clients.
