:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern for a6 months internshipduration to support customer service operations and ensure excellent service delivery. You will work closely with the Customer Service team and other stakeholders in day-to-day operations.
This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Support order processing, documentation, and follow-up with internal teams.
Help maintain accurate records in the system and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate with logistics and commercial teams to resolve delivery or product-related issues.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Support for reference contract or master data housekeeping
