Basic Salary plus Monthly Allowances, Incentives, Transport Allowances

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (must be able to work weekends)

Working Hours - 5 days a week

• Mon – Sat: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sun: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Support daily operations of the customer service and contact centre team.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online channels.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
• Provide professional customer service and recommend suitable services and promotions.
• Follow up on customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
