Summary of the Role
This role is responsible for delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. You will manage the full order process – from receiving and entering orders to monitoring deliveries, handling invoices, credits, and customer complaints – ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Process and validate customer orders accurately and within agreed timelines to meet delivery targets.
- Manage order entry, documentation, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure smooth timely deliveries.
- Handle invoices, credit notes, and customer returns according to company guidelines.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure correct customer pricing is maintained at all times.
