Job Description:

• Shows empathy by listen attentively to partner needs and concerns; and provide solution based on SOP to improve customer satisfaction.

• Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support.

• This position requires to attend customer inquiry through phone calls.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/O level/UEC

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Languages required: Mandarin and Cantonese to deal with clients from Hong Kong
