About the role
The Customer Service Executive supports the operations and administration of an early childhood education centre. You will be the primary point of contact for parents, visitors, and internal staff, managing enrolment, fee collection, and day-to-day centre operations while maintaining high standards of safety, security, and administrative organisation.
Key responsibilities- Increase enrolment through engagement of customers
- Handle and ensure smooth fee collection
- Answer all calls in a courteous manner, route calls, take messages and provide information to customers
- Greet all visitors and ensure that all security procedures are upheld
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure safety and health of children at all times
- Maintain a good administrative system for the centre, ensure all data, records and reports are updated and compiled timely
