Responsibilities:
- Conduct administrative and operational tasks.
- Work towards company target as a team and maximise student retention.
- Delivery professional and high-quality service experience.
- Identify customers' needs and maintaining a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.
- Ensure proper check-in management is practiced at the centre.
- Assist with crowd management during peak period.
- Work closely with the Sales enrolment team and provide regular feedbacks and insights to achieve greater customer intimacy.
- Proactively attend to customers' feedback and challenges in a professional manner.
- Key member of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvement of processes to promote customer satisfaction.
