**Job Details**:
The main tasks of this role include the development and intensification of customer contacts, order-management, planning and execution of shipment orders as well as their administrative and operational execution.
The holder of this position must coordinate the cooperation between his/her area of work with all other areas of the corporation in such a manner that the flow of information is always free of friction, unimpeded, and a holistically positive coordination is assured. He/she must independently, but not limited to, execute the following tasks:
- raises jobs in TMS, edits these if need arises, completes jobs (enters extra-charges, etc.)
- writes conversation-protocols
- calculates transit-times
- calculates shipment prices
- selects routings by deciding on a single or combination of transportation-types
- orders drivers (pickup / delivery of shipments at the customer, delivery / pickup of shipments at the freight-company)
