JOB TITLE: Customer Service Executive

LOCATION: Ashford, Kent

SALARY: £15ph to £16ph

TERM: 12-month temporary contract

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37 hrs a week

This position is a 12‑month temporary contract with potential for permanent opportunities for the right candidate. You will be based in modern offices in Ashford with free parking and the option to work from home one day a week.

• Providing a quick and efficient response to change requests
• Creating debit and credit notes for customers
• Handling customer complaints, ensuring customers are satisfied with the resolution
