Customer Service Executive

We are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive on behalf of one of our clients to join an extremely supportive team. The role will involve working closely with internal teams, customers, and external couriers. This is a varied but fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
