Customer Service Executive

Job scope To coordinate with airlines, truckers, vendors on freight bookings and shipments. Liaise with customers, overseas agents and provide sales support. Issue shipping documentation, billing invoice, BL, Airwaybill. Requirements Min O/N levels or equivalent. Experience in shipping/air freight an advantage. Fresh grad without experience are also welcome. Patient, able to multitask and work in fast paced environment. On the job training will be provided.
